Hi, I'm Liz and I am a BACP registered integrative counsellor working with adults and children/young people. I specialise in grief, stress and anxiety, and I have a particular interest in helping people of all ages to improve low self-esteem, and in supporting them to feel more connected to themselves and others. 

I have additional experience and training in supporting clients of all ages with grief/loss. I also have specialist Place2Be training which enables me to work safely and effectively with children & young people. 

My practice is trauma-informed, neuro-affirmative and LGBTQ+ friendly. 

I have a comfortable, well-equipped therapy space in Staines TW18, and I also work online across the UK.
